Install the app, pay when prompted and sign in with the details from your accountant.

Choose a date and review entries
Selecting a date starts the entry loop. Day entries is for checking work already entered.

Enter takings
Select the day, enter only the takings types that apply, then save.

Enter suppliers and stock
Select the date, choose the supplier, enter the purchase, then save.

Other income and expense payments
Record money outside normal takings and the other costs of running the business.

Record bank deposits
Record what actually reaches the bank, on the date it arrives.
Notes and photos are optional. Use them only if your accountant has asked you to.
